Research Fees:

• $25.00 for the first hour, and $15.00 for each hour following. Fee's can be pro-rated following the first hour, if necissary.

• Photocopies: $1.00 per black and white copy, $2.00 per colour copy.

• Payment can be made by: Cheque, Debit, Mastercard & Visa

• Shipping and handling fees apply

Once payment of $25 for the first hour has been received, we will commence with your research request.  Should we feel more than one hour is necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.

Unfortunately there are instances where we not find any information, but being as the time has been expend to come to this conclusion, the fees still apply.

The Crowsnest Museum makes every effort to respond to research requests in a timely manner.  Please be aware, however, that current staff levels and a fluctuating workload can affect our response time.  Please let us know if there are any deadlines in place.
