The Crowsnest Museum and Alberta Provincial Police Barracks offer a variety of educational opportunities for classrooms of all ages! Read below for our current program offerings for student fieldtrips.
Curriculum Topics Covered: Canadian Heritage, Mining, Natural History, World Wars, Political Movements (Communism, Unionization, and Prohibition), Criminal Justice System, and Crowsnest Pass Cultural Heritage.

Gallery Tours
Enjoy a guided tour of the museum and Alberta Provincial Police Barracks, diving into a variety of topics relating to the unique history of the Crowsnest Pass.
All Ages, 1 hour duration
$6 per student for groups of 10+ students

Heritage Site Tours
Walk the historic streets of Coleman or follow the path to a former mine to learn about life in the early days of the Crowsnest Pass.
Grades 3-12, 1-2 hour duration
