Crowsnest Museum & Archives COVID-19 Response

As of March 16, 2020 the Crowsnest Museum & Archives is remaining open to the public. Listed restrictions, requests and recommendations are to be followed, and we ask that no groups larger than eight (8) visit the Museum at one time.

During this unique time the Crowsnest Museum is taking a few extra precautions to ensure that we can keep our staff and guests safe from harm, along with continuing to preserve, protect, and portray the great history of the Crowsnest Pass.

Effective immediately the Museum is taking the following steps:

- The Museum has a NO TOLERANCE stance on illnesses. If you have any sort of sickness you are not to enter the Museum and stay home.

o The Museum has staff and guests that are highly susceptible to illness and we will not risk anyone’s health.

o If you are sick, been around a sick person, or anything in-between please do not visit the Museum.

o Please follow all recommendations and requirements issued by Alberta Health Services and Health Canada.

- The Museum will now not accept Cash within the Museum.

o All transactions need to be done via Interac, Credit Card, or online.

- Please wash your hands when spending extended time within the Museum.

Although the Museum is remaining open at this time, any programming aspects are cancelled, and upcoming events are under review. Notices will be sent out when decisions are made.

The COVID-19 situation is every evolving and the Crowsnest Museum will adapt to fluid circumstances.
